SafeArrival: A Faster, Easier Way to Report Absences

SafeArrival makes it simple and convenient for families to report student absences and late arrivals. 

Families can report an absence quickly and securely in three ways:

• SM Home App: Download the SM Home app from the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you already have the SchoolMessenger app or an account, you can log in to the new SM Home app using the same credentials. If you don't already have an account, please create one using the email address on file with the school. Follow these instructions to submit an absence.
  
  

• Online: Visit home.schoolmessenger.ca and create an account using your email on file. Select Attendance → Report an Absence.
  
  

• Phone: Call the toll-free number 1-844-478-2598 and follow the automated prompts.

With SafeArrival, you can report absences in advance, notify the school for multiple children, provide reasons for absences easily, and ensure school staff are alerted promptly.
